Yes. We offer private tours, and many activities have group options. For large parties or custom requests, call 808-824-4324 or email reservation@explorehawaiitours.com and we’ll set it up.

Cancellations, changes & refunds

Most of our tours offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your activity — the exact window is set by each tour operator and shown on the tour’s booking page and at checkout. Some experiences have stricter terms. If you’re not sure, call us at 808-824-4324 before you book and we’ll tell you the policy for that tour.

Contact us at 808-824-4324 or reservation@explorehawaiitours.com as early as you can and we’ll handle it for you, subject to that tour’s cancellation window. Rescheduling is usually possible based on the operator’s availability.

Once a cancellation is approved, refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card.

If the operator cancels for weather or safety, you’re entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice. We’ll reach out and help you sort it.
